- Before the Order is officially contracted/booked, Royalty Weddings & Events will verify that the items are available for your event date and will also specify the delivery, pickup, and installation fees associated with your event. These fees vary based on location, number of guests, and other factors. Please feel free to call or email us to obtain these fees ahead of placing your order.
- In order to hold your linens for your event, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of your Order is required. When placing an Order, please enter 50%DOWN in the promotion code. This deposit is non-refundable.
- After Royalty Weddings & Events verifies that it has the items available for your event, we will provide a contract, Rental Terms & Conditions, for your review and signature.
- In the event Royalty Weddings & Events does not have the items available upon placing an order, it will not contract/book the Order and return the deposit paid.
